Rock Your Return
We are very confident that your Rock Your Religion purchase will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 15 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. You may return orders within 30 days for a Rock Your Religion Credit.
Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
1. Contact Customer Service (returns@rockyourreligion.com) to request a Return Authorization Code for your order number. Please state the reason for your return.
2. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.
3. Send your item(s) with, original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write “jewelry” or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
1. The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
2. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
3. Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
4. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
5. Special orders are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
6. Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
7. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 6-15% depending on the item, exclusive of shipping, handling and insurance charges. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
8. If you refuse delivery of your order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return and you will be assessed the appropriate restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
9. Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.

Rock Your Religion processes all credit card transactions through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. If you do not feel comfortable placing an order online, please feel free to call us, and we will help you.

Rock your Religion respects your privacy; therefore we will not sell or share any of your information with a third party. Any information you provide us will remain confidential.

We generally ship UPS. Please provide us with a street address (UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes)
